Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT will be processed on the next business day Monday to Friday.

Order Adjustments

Ordered the Wrong Item?
No worries you may return the product once received, following our Return & Refund Policy.
Please note: customers are responsible for the return postage cost in such cases.

Changing Your Shipping Address

If you’ve entered the wrong shipping address or need to make changes, please contact us immediately at support@zeenate.com before your order is dispatched.
Once the order has been shipped, we cannot modify the address as it will already be with our courier partners.

We recommend double-checking your address details carefully before placing your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
This allows you to follow your parcel’s journey in real time from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Tracking details generally become active within 24 hours after dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
Incomplete or incorrect information may result in delivery delays or your parcel being returned to sender.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once your parcel has been shipped, we’re unable to cancel it. However, you may still return the item after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged, you may refuse delivery so it’s automatically returned to us.
If you’ve already accepted the parcel and later find it damaged, please contact support@zeenate.com within 48 hours of receipt, including clear photos of the issue.

Our support team will promptly review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Taxes & Duties

All prices listed on our website include applicable UK VAT.
There are no hidden charges or surprise fees — the price you see is the price you pay.
