Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

You can provide a valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt).

How to Initiate a Return

 with your order number and reason for return.

Our support team will review your request and send you the return instructions.

Please ship the product back using a trackable postal service.

Once received and inspected, we’ll email you an update regarding your refund or exchange.

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.

If the returned item is used, damaged, or not in its original condition, we may decline the refund.

Exchanges

We aim to make exchanges simple and stress-free. Whether your product arrived faulty or you simply changed your mind, we’re here to help.

To request an exchange:

 with your order number, item name, and reason for exchange. Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.

If your item is defective or damaged, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

For non-defective exchanges, customers may be responsible for return postage costs, depending on the situation.

All exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery, and the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Restocking Fee

Zeenate does not charge any restocking fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.

 within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the item, and we’ll ensure the issue is resolved promptly.
